#18, our signature house blend, was named after the shop number of our Gough location. We designed #18 to be a heavy-bodied espresso blend with aromas of dark chocolate – that’s why we combined seasonal beans from Colombia and Brazil, and roasted them darker than usual. The blend’s rich mouthfeel and nutty notes make it a blend that tastes perfect with or without milk.

Offered by Nordic Approach, our 2023 seasonal espresso from Caballero Bomba de Fruta has the taste of fruit-loaded profiles. They share protocols for drying the whole cherry and fermenting the cherry in order to produce coffees with great fruit plus great clarity. The distinctive and well-processed coffee highlights the bean's great attributes and brings forward the more fruit-driven characteristics.

El Salvador Finca Himalaya Natural -200g
Finca Himalaya is owned by Mauricio A. Salaverria, who also owns a farm called Finca Divisadero. This farm is located in a different mountain range than it’s named for: the Apaneca Mountains in El Salvador’s Ataco region. His farms are planted with Bourbon, Pacamara, and Maragogype varieties, as well as cipress, pine andinga shade trees. This cup of coffee comes along with tropical fruit, pear, and spice notes.

Ethiopia Guji Dimtu Pile Up Natural - 200g
Sourced by our trusted partner Nordic Approach, this experimental pile-up of naturally processed coffee from Guji, Ethiopia is one of a kind. The cherries are placed on plastic sheets on top of the raised beds in piles, up to 15-20 cm thick, the cherries are then rolled up in the plastic and they are left to ferment in this way. After fermentation, the cherries are dried on beds as is normally done for natural coffees.

Ethiopia Guji Sakicha Extended Fermentation Natural - 200g
This lot of extended fermentation natural coffee from Ethiopia Oromia region is a complex coffee, layered with fermented notes like white wine. In the Sakicha Station, the coffee cherries are placed on drying tables immediately after arrival, counting on a total of 100 drying tables at the site, taking an average time of 18 days to dry them. Guji Sakicha upholds the flavors of papaya and white grape candy, while adding a hint of white wine.

Halo Berity coffee comes from Ethiopia’s southern region and features one of the most well-known varieties of coffee from this area – Yirgacheffee. Harvested from native Ethiopian heirloom varietals and a couple of varietals developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center, Yirgacheffee coffee has a distinctly fruity and floral flavor profile that many coffee drinkers cherish. In the cup, it comes along with jasmine, citrus acidity and English breakfast tea notes throughout.
