Our Texas-style Brandt Beef’s USDA Prime beef brisket, sliced thick and grilled on a flat top, then nestled inside our soft house-baked brioche bun along with a kick of yellow mustard and pickles on the side.
Beef Brisket "French Dip" 法式蘸酱烤牛腩
Our Texas-style brisket starts with Brandt Beef’s USDA Prime beef, dry rubbed with a bespoke mix of seasoning, then smoked for 18 hours over a blend of mesquite and oak. Thinly sliced and packed into our house-baked seeded baguette along with sharp provolone cheese. Served with our house jus for dipping.
