About Honbo
HONBO is all about making a ‘real good burger’. We use 36 months old Holstein and Angus breed cattle directly imported from Wisconsin. Everything you see in our burgers is handmade. Our beef is ground fresh daily in house, and smash on our flattop griddle to order. We use a blend of chuck, brisket and short rib to give our burger their signature beefy taste. Our buns are made with our own potato bun recipe. Everything on this menu completely additives and MSG free.Honbo is on Editions
