天下茶屋 - 由一位在日本大阪讀書及工作的香港人創立。 讀書時候居住於大阪 - “ 天下茶屋駅” 。 人在他鄉，深受日本文化影響， 深深感受當區是一個富有人情味和特色的小區。 回港工作後，每當回想起在大阪生活點滴時， 總會懷念天下茶屋駅的小區美食。 終於在2019年，以簡約日式風格，創立了天下茶屋和式食店。
