生水餃 Raw Dumplings🥟
水煮我們的餃子方法: 1. 取一大小適中的鍋，放入約三分之二水。 2. 放入少許鹽，蓋上鍋蓋以大火把水燒滾。 3. 按鍋之大小，放入適量餃子，餃子不可過多，以不滿一層為準。 4. 蓋上鍋蓋煮半分鐘。 5. 打開鍋蓋，用木鏟輕輕攪動約10秒，讓餃子浮起來不粘在鍋底。 6. 蓋上鍋蓋，大火煮至水滾。（約半分鐘） 7. 放入一小杯冷水，再蓋上鍋蓋，煮至水滾。（約2至3分鐘） 8. 打開鍋蓋，再放入一小杯冷水，讓水再次煮滾。（約2分鐘） 9. 餃子就煮好，撈起餃子，排去多餘水份後上碟。
