關於Nocino
Focusing on the canton (region) of Switzerland which is called Ticino. The region borders Italy so the cuisine is heavily influenced by Swiss and Italian food and drink. In Ticino there are unique type of restaurants called Grotto which traditionally were place to store wine, cured meats and cheese but now are restaurants synonymous with the region serving traditional Ticenese cuisine including pasta, gnocchi, polenta, grilled meats, local cheese and charcuterie.
